Jasco Construction, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our”) operates an internal field documentation and crew communication system. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information in connection with our SMS/MMS messaging program.

SMS/MMS Messaging Program

Jasco Construction, LLC operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with our own field crew members — foremen, leads, and superintendents — for the following purposes:

Message frequency is approximately 1–5 messages per business day. Message and data rates may apply.

How Users Opt In

Enrollment is entirely voluntary. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of employment, and it is not required to work for Jasco Construction, LLC or to use any Jasco Construction service.

Crew members opt in by completing the enrollment form at jascoconstruction.com/sms-consent. The form requires the employee to enter their name and mobile number and to affirmatively check a consent box that is unchecked by default. The form also provides an explicit “No thanks — continue without text messages” option, and submitting without checking the box is accepted as a decline.

Declining has no effect on a person’s employment or their access to any company service. SMS consent is presented separately from our Terms of Service; agreeing to those does not opt anyone in to text messages.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further texts. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at 817-563-4800.

Information We Collect

We collect phone numbers, message content submitted by crew members (job reports, photos, materials lists), and message delivery status.

How We Use Information

Information is used solely for internal construction field documentation, daily log generation, change order tracking, and crew communication management.

Data Sharing — Third Parties

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

We do not sell, rent, lease, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data with any third party for marketing or promotional use. Data is shared only with service providers directly necessary to operate our messaging system, such as Twilio for message delivery.

Data Security

All data is stored on encrypted servers. Access is limited to authorized Jasco Construction, LLC personnel.
